Waited over 20min in the drive thru line for 3 pieces of fish. No one was in front of me. But people behind me got food. But food is great service is really bad. Ok they did give us free cookies with our meal to make up for taking so long. So I am changing my stars from 2 to 4.

I woke up craving some Long John Silvers. So we drove to Lexington to get some ,and grocery shop. My hubby's had Capt Ds , and Shrimper , but never had Long Johns Silver. I told him in advance there is a wait once you order, because everything is always hot , hot and fresh. Other than the employees arguing loud, no tarter sauce, no tea or straws . I opted for Dr. Pepper and he got Lemonade. The food was hot and delicious. Next time I'll just go thru the drive thru as usual to avoid the employee bickering. Manager did apologize. I worked in the food service for 15 years so I get it . Just always try and keep professional even though sometimes its a dumpster fire with all the to go and dine in orders. It will normally calm down in minutes then you can go in the walk in freezer and scream .

We drove 25 mins to order 6 meals. Pulled in ordered 4 2pc fish meals and 2 2pc chicken meals.We ordered the $6 special but was charged for the dinner cool.Asked did they have corn on the cob when I ordered they said yes but gave me 3 bowls of canned corn.I returned them and asked for fries which I had to wait for to cook while the rest of the food got cold and the drinks melted!Forgot the card reader wasn’t reading so I had to pay for all of them with my own cash and figure it out later!!!Didn’t know we were gonna get KFC French fries instead of LJC.😖 But……. the employees were courteous and the restaurant was clean.

I wanted to get some fish and looked up long john silvers and this place came up. I went inside so I could dine in and stood in front of the counter for about 15 minutes with nobody offering to take my order or even acknowledge that I was there. I was not alone so I was trying to be very patient but we eventually walked out and went to the "Catch" where the service was great!
My personal observations were that the drive through was getting all of the attention. I also noticed two people who were returning through the drive through window with complaints about their order. I wasn't able to hear what they were saying but could see their bags in their laps while they spoke to the attendant.
Anyway, I cannot recommend. Maybe they were just having a bad day but acknowledging my presence would have definitely went a long way. So because of this I am writing this review so that others won't waste their valuable time like I did.

Not good! Small Long John Silver selection. Fish was oily and not from the fish, chicken was terrible, super cold in the restaurant and the two cooks where out smoking on the side walk talking shit about the customers that came through earlier in the day. Best part was the lady at the register! Such great customer service!
